Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on the 2nd of December, 1982 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her appearances in both movies and television shows. Brandt started out her acting with the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. After that she was offered her first American performance as Naevia in Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. The actress was a part of numerous television series in the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies, and The Librarians. Brandt was first introduced to the role of Mazikeen (the character played by Tom Ellis Lauren German, and Kevin Alejandro) in the Urban-fantasy show Lucifer at the beginning of the year 2016. Brandt was born in Cape Town, South Africa. The family moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she reached her twenties. Her career began as model for print ads and commercial ads. Before she was a model with a protracted career she worked as a salesperson working in retail and an IT recruitment consultant. In 2009 she was cast on the New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. In the year 2021, her first significant role was in the role of Naevia the slave girl in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for the popular Netflix series Lucifer. This happens to be her largest role to date.
